Client Advisor

Seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships, provide tailored investment solutions, and stay updated on market trends.

• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay current on industry developments and competitor activity.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels to expand the client base.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the BFSI industry, preferably with a focus on Mutual Funds.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations governing mutual funds.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client relationships and track market trends.
