Job Description

At the heart of our organization lies a passion for innovation and excellence. As a quality assurance engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that transform businesses and financial institutions worldwide.

The primary focus of this position is to implement and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional project deliveries. This involves taking ownership of all QA-related aspects of project delivery, performing manual testing of products, writing STDs, preparing test data, and collaborating with other team members to achieve successful project completion.

  • Take ownership over all QA related aspects of project delivery
  • Perform mostly manual testing of our products: functional, integration, performance, sanity, and regression tests
  • Write STDs, prepare test data using files/SQL scripts, configure the system, and run test scenarios
  • Work with other team members and across other departments to reach successful completion of the tests
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies. A strong background in SQL and familiarity with at least one of the following databases – MS SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL – are essential. Additionally, you should be technically oriented, with excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, as well as comfortable analyzing logs.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. Experience working in Agile SCRUM methodologies and familiarity with Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket (Git) are advantageous but not required.
