Senior Sales Support Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in sales support and a deep understanding of bio and pathology image analysis.

  • Provide expert-level sales support for clients seeking to leverage bioimaging technologies for research and commercial applications.
  • Interview clients to understand their needs, develop customized solutions, and create comprehensive reports that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, conduct, and analyze bioimaging experiments, ensuring seamless communication and delivering exceptional results.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of bioimaging products and services through feedback and proposals based on expertise and experience.

This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to learn independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Description of previous sales or customer support experience, including relevant achievements and accomplishments.
  • List any CRM tools used in the past (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Develop effective strategies for organizing multiple client tasks and prioritizing workflow.
  • Write clear and concise technical emails in English.
  • Determine commitment hours per week and establish realistic goals.
  • Gain experience working with international clients and adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Support lead conversions, resolve client issues, and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Acquire knowledge in the biotechnology, research, or healthcare industry.

Requirements:

  • Hold a PhD in biomedical engineering, medical physics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field.
  • Have at least three years of research or industry experience in bioimaging, or demonstrate a strong desire to learn about this field.
