Key Tech Lead Position

We're looking for a skilled tech professional to lead the development of large-scale systems, utilizing their expertise in coding and team management.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, with strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
  • Experience with scalable system design, Kafka, AWS services, containerized deployments, and monitoring tools is essential for this role.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for implementing best practices, maintaining code quality, and resolving incidents promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable systems that handle high traffic without compromising performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions.
  • Conducting detailed code reviews and enforcing best practices to ensure high code quality.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Golang.
  • Strong understanding of system design principles and experience building complex systems.
  • Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes, with experience in MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of Grafana, New Relic, Sentry, and ability to write automation scripts in Python or Shell.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ability to enhance them.
