Senior Engineering Leader for AI Solutions

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineering Leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions practice. As a seasoned professional, you will drive business growth and technological innovation by providing strategic direction and oversight for the AI practice.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI challenges and opportunities across various industries, including Retail, Telecommunications, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), and Healthcare.

In this role, you will establish technical vision and strategy for enterprise AI platforms leveraging both enterprise tools and open-source frameworks. You will define organizational standards for data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance, as well as develop and implement cost optimization frameworks for large-scale AI platforms.

A successful Senior Engineering Leader will also lead performance optimization initiatives to enhance data processing efficiency, reduce latency, and improve throughput. They will direct cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Delivery, Data Science, and Solution Architecture teams.

The position requires a strong understanding of production-grade data pipeline development, orchestration, and monitoring, as well as experience overseeing the development of data pipelines and platforms that integrate with AI/ML workflows and models.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in data engineering, distributed systems, or cloud data platforms, with at least 5 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership position.

Strategic vision for designing and implementing enterprise data architectures that integrate with modern AI frameworks at scale. Technical background with major enterprise data tools and open source frameworks. Proven track record of leading successful data engineering practices or departments in a services organization serving US and European markets.

  • Strategic understanding of AI/ML integration with enterprise data platforms and operationalizing ML workflows at scale
  • Experience developing service offerings around real-time data processing and streaming architectures
  • Strategic perspective on containerization and orchestration for enterprise data workloads
  • Leadership in establishing DataOps and MLOps practices at an organizational level
  • Experience navigating regulatory frameworks related to data privacy and compliance in the US and Europe
