Job Description">

As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring leadership in the Surgical segment of Smith Nephew. Your primary goal is to enhance customer relationships and improve Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management. You will use KOLs to boost Smith Nephew's market image and share knowledge with end-users.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Support regions to achieve IV 3000 Post-Op Allevyn Targets
  • Convert new accounts into competitive ones through scientific selling to nurses and surgeons
  • Conduct at least 4 Medical Device Activities (MDAs) per month
  • Perform at least 20 Bed Side Demos per month

You will also work closely with the team to make PICO a successful brand in the region. This includes providing clinical assistance to users on product usage, conducting demonstrations for new prospective clinicians, and supporting each Territory Manager (TM) in the region.

">Requirements:">

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate in Science with Nursing course experience
  • 5-7 years of clinical experience as a nurse in ICU, Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, or Plastic Surgery
  • Good experience in training other nurses and staff

You should also possess thorough knowledge of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT), Surgical Debridement Equipment, Team Management, Collaboration, Intuition for Business, Process Orientation, Developing Talent, Empowering, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Dedicated and Results-Oriented Approach, and Travel Requirements (50-75%)
