HRSD Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HRSD Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing the HRSD module to meet business requirements, maintaining and enhancing existing scripts, and designing and developing new Service Catalogs and content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize the HRSD module to meet business requirements by analyzing and understanding client needs.
  • Maintain and enhance existing scripts to improve efficiency and automate manual processes.
  • Design and develop new Service Catalogs and content to enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve complex HR-related issues by leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Mandatory: HRSD Certified with a strong understanding of HRSD concepts and principles.
  • Good to have: CSA, CAD certifications for added value.
