**Project Lead Architect Role Overview**

**Requirements**

  • 6+ years of professional experience in project leadership roles, showcasing expertise in construction, detailing, and material specifications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in design/documentation software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard tools.
  • A portfolio that showcases built work, reflecting a strong commitment to design excellence and innovation.
