About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team at NOTUS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Implementation
    • Design and Develop Technical Solutions: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for various HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
    • Configure and Customize the System: Configure and customize the system to meet specific business requirements.
    • Develop Custom Integrations: Develop custom integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration tools.
    • Create and Maintain Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents and configuration guides.
  • Data Migration
    • Design and Execute Data Migration Strategies: Design and execute data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
    • Migrate Data into HCM Cloud: Utilize tools like FBDI to load data into the HCM Cloud environment.
    • Validate Data Integrity: Validate data integrity and accuracy post-migration.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop Custom Reports and Analytics: Develop custom reports and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
    • Create Dashboards and Visualizations: Create dashboards and visualizations to provide valuable insights to business users.
    • Optimize Report Performance: Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting and Support
    • Identify and Resolve Technical Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues and errors in the HCM Cloud environment.
    • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users and functional consultants.
    • Troubleshoot Integration Issues: Troubleshoot integration issues and data inconsistencies.
  • Best Practices and Standards
    • Adhere to Oracle's Best Practices: Adhere to Oracle's best practices and standards for HCM Cloud implementations.
    • Stay Up-to-Date with Latest Features: Stay up-to-date with the latest HCM Cloud features and functionalities.
    • Contribute to Knowledge Sharing Initiatives: Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations
  • Strong Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with at least two of the following technical tools: Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Integrations (OIC), BI Publisher, HDL, OTBI
  • Data Migration Experience: Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and data quality assurance
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
