Job Description
This role involves coordinating and scheduling arrangements for delivery of training programs, events, and workshops. The Client Services Executive will manage multiple tasks and activities in a time-intensive work environment. The goal is to deliver seamless and engaging learning experiences to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage nomination lists for programs and work with onsite teams.
  • Marketing programs as required and in accordance with client process requirements.
  • Ensure offsite training event activities are performed according to the 'Event Readiness Process/System'.

Requirements
You will need 1-4 years of experience in a corporate learning environment or performing event coordination services for corporate clients. It's essential to have an outgoing personality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in organizing and decision making. Additionally, you must be proactive, take initiative, and be able to troubleshoot and handle pressure.
