Key Responsibilities:
  • Design captivating and refined digital and print assets that exude minimalism, finesse, and understated charm.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that align with our strategic vision and tone.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering growth while upholding the highest standards of thoughtful and intentional design.
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, focusing on clean, intuitive layouts that reflect our commitment to sophistication.
  • Translate complex ideas into nuanced visuals that are impactful yet subtle.
  • Stay informed about global design trends, particularly in luxury aesthetics, and apply them judiciously.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, maintaining attention to detail and design integrity.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, showcasing expertise in elegant, high-end, and minimalist design through a robust portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with motion graphics or video editing experience being a plus.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and spatial use to craft clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop understated yet effective designs that convey the brand's message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, demonstrating sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
