Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Accountant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoicing. They will also prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoicing.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in a timely manner.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders for compliance.
  • Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.
  • Maintain proper documentation for export transactions and statutory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance or equivalent (M.Com/CA Inter is an added advantage).
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is a must.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication in English
