We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Associate to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in the Entertainment industry. They will play a key role in managing public relations and client servicing, including:

  • Managing a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity.
  • Serving as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners.
  • Developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients and media contacts.
  • Taking full ownership of client accounts, ensuring they are fully informed on all relevant client details.
  • Handling media interactions, preparing pitch notes, and proactively monitoring opportunities for client placements.
  • Reviewing and finalizing all client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with their supervisor.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all deadlines and client deliverables.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights through various channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in PR preferably in the Entertainment industry
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of the local market and media landscape
