LLM Trainer

Objective:

We seek an experienced LLM Trainer to oversee the Large Language Model training program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and be familiar with academic papers on the subject.

• Familiarity with academic papers on machine learning is essential.
• A proven track record of submitting or reviewing academic papers on ML to a machine learning conference or ML journal is required.
• PhD holders are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the training of large language models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning research and apply this knowledge to improve model performance.
