Job Title:

Cyber Security IAM Queue Analyst

About the Role:

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for processing access requests and incidents from a queue-based system covering a broad range of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process access requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Work closely with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  4. Develop and implement processes to improve incident response and access request workflows
  5. Maintain accurate records of all access requests and incidents

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security principles and practices
  • Experience working with IAM systems and queue-based systems
