Job Title: Construction Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Cost Management Specialist to manage costs associated with construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Study project scope and validate technical specifications from the design team.
  2. Optimize specifications without deviating from client requirements.
  3. Validate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and backup workings.
  4. Present BOQs and solutions to management for approval.
  5. Check and verify RA bills and final bills.
  6. Prepare amendments and budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix.
  7. Submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design.
  8. Explore new products and obtain approvals.
  9. Propose optimization options in budgets.
  10. Meet budget requirements within given timelines without delays.
  11. Prepare reports on cost analysis of projects as per management requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
