Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Director to lead our Plant Engineering Business Unit. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes. Experience in handling multidiscipline large engineering projects in various industries is preferred.

The successful candidate will oversee the successful delivery of engineering services and solutions for our Plant Engineering Business Unit, managing and mentoring a team of engineers to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure effective resource allocation and task management
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations
  • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets
Required Skills:
  • Proven working experience in Leadership Role in Plant Engineering Services organization
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines
  • Experience in handling multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities
