
US IT Sector Growth Manager

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US IT sector.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Foster strong partnerships with key decision-makers in mid-sized to large enterprises.
- Determine client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality IT resources.
- Negotiate and close contracts that benefit both parties.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Cultivate a healthy pipeline of prospects and work closely with the delivery/recruiting team to ensure timely submissions.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
- A proven track record of acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- An established network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
- In-depth knowledge of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
