Job Description:

As a senior counsellor, you will play a vital role in students' residential and academic journeys by providing emotional support that helps them thrive.

Your key responsibilities will include providing one-on-one counselling, crisis management, and support to students, staff, and faculty. You will also be responsible for planning and executing workshops on mental health, well-being, socioemotional learning, and community belonging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate and connect with young adults and adults
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills

  • Training and certification in different therapeutic modalities
