Export Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Export Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in export operations and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle routine operations and resolve Quality/Regulatory Queries
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders for logistics, planning, MIS, and accounts

Key Activities:

  • Ensure smooth flow of export operations from order punching to final delivery of materials
  • Coordinate customer shipments and sales
  • Prepare monthly projections and process agent commissions
  • Monitor order status and inform customers
  • Prepare sales summaries and maintain receivables from external customers
  • Prepare and follow up on samples, DMFs, and other queries

Requirements:

For this role, we require a strong background in export operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders. Additionally, candidates should be able to efficiently handle routine operations, resolve Quality/Regulatory Queries, and liaise with various internal stakeholders.
