Architectural Design Specialist

Transform conceptual sketches and architectural specifications into meticulous, construction-ready drawings using advanced CAD software.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations to guarantee safe and high-quality designs.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical (MEP) plans into a cohesive architectural design.
  • Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.
  • Solve complex challenges by identifying and resolving design issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit or other BIM software is a significant plus.
  • Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
