Senior Test Engineer Role:

A high-caliber candidate with a strong background in automated testing is sought after to drive the development of advanced test methodologies and ensure the successful migration of products from R&D to high-volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of statistical analysis and experience in defining manufacturing test flows for ASIC/SoC.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective manufacturing test strategies to meet customer quality requirements
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to finalize manufacturing test requirements and establish pass/fail criteria for each product
  • Lead the transition of new products from R&D to high-volume manufacturing, providing technical support and coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed
  • Monitor product yield, test time, and DPPM, and develop targeted solutions to improve yield, reduce TTR, and lower DPPM
  • Assist team members in adapting to changing product deliverables
  • Represent the Product Engineering function in various technical forums and effectively communicate key information to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience or university project experience in electronics and/or semiconductors
  • Hands-on expertise with lab equipment, including testers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and logic analyzers
  • Strong knowledge of IC test methodologies, system testing, and communication protocols such as USB, UART, PCIe, I2C, I2S, and DDR
  • Proficiency in software programming languages, including C, C++, and C#, with the ability to step through code if required
  • Comfortable working with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Ability to analyze complex problems with minimal data points and troubleshoot issues efficiently
  • Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
