Design and Evaluate Pavement Structures

We are seeking a highly skilled pavement engineer to design and evaluate pavement structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop mechanistic design and finite element modeling skills in addition to empirical design methods.
  • Prepare scope of works and tender documents for pavement assessment testing programs and detailed evaluation of structural and functional conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide technical support on pavement design-related works.

Requirements:

  • Master's in Civil Engineering or B.Tech. Civil Engineering with M. Tech. in Pavement or Geotechnical Engineering.
  • 2-10 years of experience in pavement design for infrastructure projects.
  • Basic geotechnical background design knowledge and basic knowledge of pavement construction materials specifications.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of pavement design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in software such as Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
