Female Interior Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Interior Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading interior design projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and delivering high-quality designs that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take precise site measurements to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various means, ensuring seamless information exchange and mutual understanding of design requirements.
  • Prepare detailed measurement layout plans and furniture layout plans tailored to client specifications.
  • Create comprehensive 2D elevation designs, including ceiling plans, to provide a clear visual representation of the project.
  • Develop working drawings encompassing civil, electrical, plumbing, and individual furniture detail plans to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) analysis and rate estimates to guarantee budgetary compliance.
  • Regularly visit project sites as needed to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate product catalogs and sample arrangements to enhance design presentation and drive client satisfaction.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in interior design leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools.
