Job Description

As a seasoned interior designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and modular designs based on client needs. Effective communication with clients is crucial to assess their requirements and adapt your approach accordingly.

  • To drive sales closure by owning the sales funnel.
  • To ensure exceptional customer experience during a project.
  • To lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To oversee the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
Required Skills and Expertise

Please find below the key skills and qualifications required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering 2-4 residential modular KWS projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, module planning).
  • Civil works & Services expertise, including specifications and installation details.
  • Ability to create BoQs for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in driving closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, as well as leading design meetings with customers.
  • Strong behavioral attributes, including result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and a willingness to learn.
