Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Customer Support and Content Associate.

This position requires individuals who can provide exceptional customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and creating content in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese for our website.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers via email, social media, and phone calls in a professional manner. Excellent listening skills and the ability to multitask effectively are essential requirements for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Understand company products and services.
  • Customer Support: Support customers through various channels.
  • Query Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and queries.
  • Information Provision: Provide detailed information to customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of each interaction.
  • Training: Train new employees to enhance their skills.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with customers for further information.
  • Feedback: Take feedback from customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Linguistic Fluency: Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Writing Proficiency: Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages.
  • International Experience: Candidates with international customer support experience are preferred.
  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer Orientation: A customer-oriented individual.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
