Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead our high-performance team in developing cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient algorithms for AI models, focusing on performance optimization and scalability.
  • Collaborate with compiler and runtime teams to integrate new AI models onto our XDNA simulator, driving the success of our shift-left strategy.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and enable faster development through cycle-accurate modeling and hardware metrics analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in software engineering and leadership.
  • Strong background in C++ based development, multi-threaded infrastructure, and performance optimization.
  • Experience in creating cycle accurate modeling of IPs in C++ or SystemC / TLM, understanding of SoCs, and bringing up software stacks from drivers to applications on simulation models.
  • Understanding of hardware metrics like latency/throughput on any sub-system, and what changes impact those metrics.
  • Experience in software development environments on both Linux and Windows is required.
  • Experience in technologies like Virtual Platforms, SystemC/QEMU models, Emulation platforms, Hw/Sw co-design, and Performance analysis is desired.
