Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data warehouses.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake security, Snowflake SQL, and designing/implementing other Snowflake objects. They should also have hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Snowsight, and Snowflake connectors.

A successful Data Engineer in this position will have a deep understanding of Star and Snowflake dimensional modeling. They should be able to design and implement efficient data pipelines using tools like Terraform, CircleCI, and GIT.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects. They should have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Required Skills
  • Expertise in Snowflake security, Snowflake SQL, and designing/implementing other Snowflake objects.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Snowsight, and Snowflake connectors.
  • Deep understanding of Star and Snowflake dimensional modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles.
  • Good understanding of Databricks Data & AI platform and Databricks Delta Lake Architecture.
  • Experience in building ETL/data warehouse transformation processes.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including imaging and geospatial data.
  • Experience working in Dev/Ops environments with tools like Terraform, CircleCI, and GIT.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and query optimization.
