Visual Creative Assistant

We are looking for a talented Visual Creative Assistant to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design ideas for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and develop design ideas for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Create engaging visual experiences through graphic design, social media graphics, email templates, infographics, and digital advertisements.
  • Assist in creating brochures, posters, packaging, and other print materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Edit and enhance images, create mockups, and support video editing tasks as needed.
  • Maintain consistency across platforms and mediums by ensuring all designs align with brand identity.
  • Stay updated on design trends, competitor visuals, and emerging tools to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate progress to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
  • A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and animation tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring designs meet project goals and client expectations.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and take constructive feedback.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and design challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, multimedia, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work is required. Applications without portfolios will not be considered.
  • Prior freelance, internship, or academic project experience is a plus but not mandatory.
