Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum teams on agile development and delivery practices
  • Guide the transition to Agile principles and ensure seamless adoption
  • Plan and facilitate all aspects of Program Increment planning on a monthly basis
  • Facilitate the Scrum of Scrum meetings and act as facilitator across all interlocked Scrum teams at the Program level
  • Support the development and maintenance of key metrics to enable continuous improvement
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as any directives related to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 12+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years leading Agile teams as Scrum Master or Tech Project Manager
  • Exposure to Java/J2EE, Web Services, Web APIs, and microservices, as well as SQL and NoSQL based solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, with excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a strategic view
