We are seeking a seasoned Process Excellence Specialist to drive improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Quality and Process Improvement, preferably in Banking/Financial Services Domain.

Responsibilities include:

Process Enhancement Expertise:

  • Deploy structured improvement frameworks for engagements
  • Conduct regular workshops on continuous process enhancement

Opportunity Identification:

  • Facilitate bottom-up and top-down opportunity identification sessions
  • Analyze process, operations, and business data to identify potential areas of improvement
  • Validate opportunities and create project roadmaps

Project Implementation:

  • Mentor project teams to enable successful implementation of improvements through a structured approach
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders for review and sign-off
  • Collaborate with technical experts for automation opportunity identification and project execution
  • Oversee the validation and sign-off process for project closures
  • Guide team leaders for creating compelling project stories and updates

Branding and Awareness:

  • Promote awareness by training and showcasing process excellence initiatives
  • Develop compelling case studies and share with teams

Client Engagement:

  • Participate in client interactions to present improvement success stories
