Job Overview

The Delivery Manager will lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML program objectives on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with individual projects.
  • Ensure related data assets and models are discoverable and re-usable for multiple projects.
  • Track program progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Manage resource allocation and utilization across program projects.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and contribute to overall program goals.
  • Support risk management activities for the program.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, data engineering, and software development, and identify opportunities to apply them in client projects.
  • Develop, refine, and implement advanced predictive models to generate insights from complex structured and unstructured data sets.
  • Define success metrics and deliverable timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on managing Gen AI based platform development and data engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches).
