Job Title: Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to spearhead our team's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and general ledger analysis on a daily basis.
  • Preparation of MIS reports, including revenue and customer invoicing, month-end closure, cash flow, customer ageing and collections, vendor ageing and payments, fixed deposits, depreciation, etc.
  • Proven experience in preparing financial statements, accounting, and tax processes.
  • Experience in reporting to external entities.
  • Expertise in audit processes, including statutory, transfer pricing, and tax.
  • Strong understanding of SEZ regulation and GST regulation.
  • Developing a clear understanding of key business drivers, providing valuable insights, and supporting senior leaders and finance management.
  • Owning expense forecasts for the business group by using trend analysis and KPI reviews for better profit and loss management.

Requirements:

  • MBA/CA Intermediate/ICWAI Intermediate - Finance with a minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in any industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and client handling skills.
  • Experience in collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Ability to partner and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience in financial preparation, monthly book closures, and review activities, as well as MIS preparation and review.
  • Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Office.
