Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operation and performance of a Security Operations Center. As a seasoned cybersecurity expert, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, ensuring efficient threat monitoring, detection, and response for multiple client organizations.

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), overseeing the efforts of L1, L2, and L3 analysts to ensure effective incident detection, investigation, and response.
  • Continuously improve SOC processes, with a focus on enhancing threat detection, incident response times, and automation capabilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client security incidents, providing guidance and managing reporting, incident resolution, and improvement strategies.
  • Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) consistently, ensuring that clients receive exceptional, timely security services.
  • Publish regular client reports on incident analysis, threat trends, and operational performance.
  • Direct incident response activities, including the development and execution of response plans, to mitigate threats and limit impact on clients.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence within the SOC.
  • Drive the development of security policies, procedures, and incident response frameworks to ensure best practices and compliance with industry standards.

 

Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience in leading a Security Operations Center or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of threat intelligence, incident response, and security protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant security technologies and tools.
