Job Title:

Electrical Engineer for Building Automation Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design of Building Management Systems (BMS), Chiller plant Automation, Fire detection, Public Address (PA), Telecom and Security systems for Data Center or Industrial Projects.
  • Conceptual design at preliminary stage by understanding project requirements following relevant codes & standards.
  • Selection of best-suited instruments or devices and their specifications for building automation, fire alarm and security system design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering with a BE/B.Tech degree. Familiarity with data center master plans, concepts, and schematics is essential. A fair understanding of the TIA-942-B standard for data centers is also required.

Core Strengths:
  • Hands-on experience of Indian and International codes for the design.
  • Interdisciplinary coordination.

We are looking for a self-driven individual with good management and reporting capabilities. Proficiency in reviewing 3D models using Navisworks is mandatory. Knowledge of ELV codes and standards, as well as IS/IEC standards, is essential.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing/reviewing Basis of Design, BMS IO summary, sequence of operations for various systems, cause & effect matrix for Fire alarm system, detail drawings for field devices and cable conduit layouts, tender documents, technical specifications, material requisition, data sheets, and BOQ as per requirement.

Evaluating and performing design reviews, participating in team meetings to ensure timely deliverables, coordinating with other disciplines, and performing squad checks on drawing received from other disciplines, and coordinating with construction teams to ensure proper installation as per design.
