Job Title:

US Accounting and Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to handle accounting and payroll functions for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in federal and state regulations, as well as experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms.

Responsibilities include processing payroll, maintaining accurate records of employee compensation and benefits, and assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close procedures.

The successful candidate will also prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports, and communicate effectively with US teams to ensure timely and compliant deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in US accounting and payroll (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and payroll compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
