We are looking for a professional with exceptional leadership skills to lead our cutting-edge AI and ML solutions. This individual will empower wealth managers, asset owners, and investors by making sense of complex data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems for high availability and performance.
  • Oversee desktop engineering team for end-user support and smooth operation of desktop computing resources.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure system security and reliability, complying with ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type 2.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand technology needs and provide effective solutions aligning with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), maintaining documentation and procedures for audits.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, within schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in managing and troubleshooting VM environments, hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Experience in software & hardware troubleshooting across various systems and platforms.
  • Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity, including IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management, group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
  • Excellent in network administration, configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Experienced with server management, installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Ubuntu servers.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML configurations to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Understanding of GPU / HPC servers.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including threat analysis, risk assessment, incident response, and security monitoring.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages for effective collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science (OR) MCA
  • 8 -10 years of experience
  • At least 3~4 years of experience in leading/ managing an IT team / projects
