Job Title: Senior Intermediate Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intermediate Architect to join our team at Decorating Interior. As a key member of our architectural team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural team in delivering projects efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain in-house expertise and methodologies
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members to develop design, technical, and quality standards
  • Work with key staff to develop winning strategies, including client contact and proposal preparation
  • Attract and retain architectural staff needed to deliver expertise throughout all phases of project

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, with Architecture license preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of architectural experience
  • Proficiency in Hand sketching, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
