About the Position

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill a Hybrid Test Engineer role. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key player in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases to ensure our products meet customer needs.
  • Perform functional testing for new features and enhancements, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
  • Design and maintain automation test frameworks using Python, streamlining our testing processes and improving efficiency.
  • Execute regression and smoke suites to guarantee product stability, ensuring that our software meets the required standards.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts in an Agile environment, providing valuable insights and expertise to drive project success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in hybrid testing.
  • Proven expertise in both manual and automation testing, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and principles.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Selenium with Python, with a strong ability to write efficient and effective test scripts.
  • A deep understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing, with the ability to identify and report defects or issues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in desktop application testing.
  • Familiarity with other automation tools/frameworks such as PyTest and Robot Framework.
