Project Leadership Role

The Project Leadership role is responsible for overseeing and leading site projects to ensure successful outcomes. As a key member of the team, you will provide engineering expertise, oversight, judgment, and support to projects across all site locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide centralized leadership for discipline engineers supporting project operations.
  • Balance demand and workload for engineers who support multiple locations.
  • Interface with bp Discipline Leads based on engineer performance.
  • Interface with Site Projects Managers at their respective locations.
  • Support recruiting of discipline engineers for the team.
  • Ensure consistency across all site projects being supported by engineers.
  • Coach engineers on project engineering guides and best practices.
  • Responsible for Terminals and Pipelines (T&P) projects.
  • Drive quality and address quality-related issues.
  • Conduct self-verification, oversight, and audit activities of both BP and engineering contractors.
  • Support performance management through implementation, measurement, and analysis of relevant KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
