Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity Professional

Overview:

  • Join our team as a skilled cybersecurity professional to work on designing and implementing secure network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with offshore teams and customers to coordinate projects and deliverables.
  • Participate in technical reviews and communicate issues during meetings with the CAB.
  • Work on incident, change, and problem ticket solving through daily operations.
  • Be willing to work in rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations including weekends and holidays.
  • Coordinate with different vendors to solve ongoing issues.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of IT network experience with strong exposure to infrastructure security and proxy.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing Zscaler solutions.
  • Ability to gather required information to arrive at an optimal solution.
  • Ability to create test cases for validating the solution to cover various scenarios.
  • Good hands-on experience in migrating proxy solutions to Zscaler solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in designing and integrating Zscaler solutions with existing authentication servers using protocols such as LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, and Active Directory.
  • Experience in deploying and supporting forward proxy, explicit, and transparent Web Content Filtering/Web Proxy configurations.
  • Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and protocols (WCCP, PAC files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, SSH, etc.).

Desirable Skills:

  • Good analytical and debugging skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation, and provide on-time status.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and ITIL framework.
  • Good knowledge and experience in AD, Network, and Firewall.
  • Good documentation skills with network architecture drawing experience using Microsoft Visio to prepare and update diagrams.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Fluency Requirements:

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in English/Japanese languages.
