UI/UX Designer Position

MetricStream is a global leader in Integrated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions delivered on an intelligent integrated platform.

The purpose-built platform serves GRC use cases across industries with deep domain expertise, embedded content, rich context, integrated data, and explainable AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive design processes for enterprise web applications - from research and wireframing to mockups and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Transform complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure design meets accessibility standards, supporting inclusive user experiences.
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled design-to-code tools to speed up design iterations and prototyping.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern product workflows would be an added advantage.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
