This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.
    • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
    • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
    • Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence:
    • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.
    • Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Train team members and stakeholders on the use of BI tools and data interpretation.
