Job Description: The role requires a high degree of accountability and strong leadership skills. The role bearer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collections department, including managing agencies associated with the company in their assigned territory. They will need to ensure efficient and optimized retrieval of EMI from customers while adhering to all guidelines laid out by the bank. Regular tracking of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area and controlling delinquency of the area, bucket-wise and DPD wise, and focusing on non-starters will be key responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the collections department.
- Manage agencies associated with the company in their assigned territory.
- Ensure efficient and optimized retrieval of EMI from customers.
- Adhere to all guidelines laid out by the bank.
