**Job Title:** PLM Windchill Administrator/Specialist

A dynamic opportunity exists to join a team as a PLM Windchill Administrator/Specialist.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage system setup, configuration, monitoring, and rehosting of Windchill environments.
  • Administer CAD & non-CAD worker configurations and provide support.
  • Perform daily system management tasks including account setup, access rights, and maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Configure and operate Solr indexing operations, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Administer file servers and vaults for secure data storage and retrieval.
  • Optimize system efficiency by performing queue management tasks.
  • Contribute to solution architecture projects within PLM infrastructure, focusing on specialized areas.
  • Provide expert knowledge in database basics, scripting, and troubleshooting.

As a PLM Windchill Administrator/Specialist, you will require a balance of operational expertise and focused technical knowledge. Adaptability and the ability to take ownership of specialized tasks are essential.

**Qualifications & Skills:*

  • Proven experience in PLM Windchill administration and support.
  • Strong understanding of system setup, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with CAD/Non-CAD worker configuration and support.
  • Familiarity with databases, scripting, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Solr indexing, file server/vault administration, and queue management.
  • Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks while supporting broader administration responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Open-mindedness and adaptability to embrace new tasks and technologies.
