Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced interior designer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional with 4-6 years of experience in residential and commercial projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and the ability to contribute meaningfully across project stages - from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings
  • Prepare and review working drawings, GFC sets, and interior detailing
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for design intent and execution clarity
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, bye-laws, and municipal requirements
  • Conduct site visits and participate in client presentations and meetings
  • Guide and support junior designers in design and detailing work
Requirements
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design/drafting software (Revit knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong grasp of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials
  • Ability to balance design creativity with practical execution
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
Qualifications
  • B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution
Experience
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in architecture and interiors, especially in residential and commercial projects
