The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into incidents of fraud, bribery, and corruption, as well as other misconduct. This includes gathering evidence, interviewing suspects and witnesses, evaluating findings, and writing comprehensive reports.

Additionally, the role involves providing guidance and training to junior colleagues, promoting a culture of risk awareness across the organization, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in banking fraud and investigation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth investigations into alleged cases of fraud, identifying root causes and making recommendations for mitigation.
  • Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses and suspects, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Internal Audit, IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance to ensure effective coordination and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats to maintain expertise in fraud prevention and detection.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in fraud investigations, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately AED 120,000 - 150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
