Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interior Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and quality delivery of interior projects from planning through handover, meeting design specifications and client expectations.

This critical position oversees on-site execution, fostering a seamless collaboration between clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to guarantee project success.

  • Site Operations Supervision: Coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Design Drawing Review: Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Safety and Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle, minimizing risks and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project timelines, track progress, and prepare site progress reports, highlighting challenges and successes.
  • Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
