Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system that meets regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • To lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure effective execution of quality-related tasks.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and manufacturing.
  • To conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • To analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, or engineering).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the FMCG or perfumery industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with GC-MS technology is mandatory.
