Senior Interior Designer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead our team. This role will involve assessing and meeting client requirements through regular meetings and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.
- Create idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients.
- Develop a strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles.
- Maintain an excellent portfolio of previous works.
- Apply creative talent, imagination, and eye for design to deliver innovative solutions.
- A minimum 3 plus years of experience in residential projects is required.
- Modular interior Experience is essential.
- A registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture is necessary.
- Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently is preferred.
- An excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up is required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently is crucial.
